Refunds and Exchanges

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

I can't find the video!

The video password is not working!

Step 1. The passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you are typing it in correctly. Ensure the password is not expired by reading the date on the instructions. Kits without expiry dates do not expire

Step 2. Troubleshoot by ensuring that you have allowed pop-ups and cleared your cache.

Step 3. If it is still not working, please select a different web browser (Safari, Google Chrome, Fire Fox, etc.) or open up a new webpage on the same browser.

Where's my package?

We ship with Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. If you experience any issues with your package location, please visit the shipper's website for the most accurate updates before reaching out to us. We're here to help if you need further assistance!

My promo code is not working

Please be aware that the codes are case sensitive and space sensitive. Please ensure you are typing the code in Exactly as shown on the winning card.
BEFORE you type in the code again, please clear your history (cache), then exit out of the webpage. When you go back in, then re-add your products. when you arrive to the checkout, add the promo code and click apply.

How do I measure my foot?

When purchasing a pattern, please note that the sizes are in inches, not standard shoe sizes. To ensure accuracy and the best results, we recommend measuring the length and width of your foot before placing your order.

Steps for Measuring Your Foot:

Place a piece of paper on the floor and stand on it wearing stocking feet. Trace the outline of your foot. If needed, ask a friend for assistance.

Use a ruler to measure the length of your foot, from the tip of the longest toe to the back of your heel, and record this measurement in inches.

Match your measurements to the corresponding size in inches for the best fit. Thank you for taking the time to measure carefully!

My pattern book looks wrong

The pattern requires 11x17 inch paper for printing and will only print once. Printers capable of handling this paper size can often be found at Staples, schools, or some office spaces. Please note that attempting to print on smaller paper will significantly alter the pattern.

How do I print my PDF individual pattern?

Individual patterns are designed to print on 8x11 inch paper. When printing the PDF files, please make sure your printer settings are adjusted to 100% scale or "actual size" rather than "fit to page" to maintain accuracy. Thank you for following these guidelines!
